Lorentz pole (emLorentz)

'emLorentz' is the Lorentz pole.

The parameters of the constructors for the Drude and Lorentz terms are as follows: plasma frequency \(\omega_0\) and attenuation \(\gamma\) and magnitude \(\Delta\varepsilon\).
